Youth Football Players & Mental Health
As a youth soccer player I was one of those peculiar children that really liked to go to soccer practice. We all have some of those sort of children on our groups each year, but in todays sector of unlimted selections and immediate gratification, we see less of these children nowadays. As a youth soccer player, I feared those first few weeks of torture and deprivation, but knew in the final analysis that we might eventually get into learning the game and really playing.
